1. Booking Cancellations

Standard Cancellation Terms
- For cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- For cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date: 70% refund
- For cancellations made 8-14 days before the tour date: 50% refund
- For cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date: No refund

Group Bookings (6 or more people)
- For cancellations made 45 days or more before the tour date: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- For cancellations made 30-44 days before the tour date: 70% refund
- For cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date: 50% refund
- For cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour date: No refund

2. Modification of Tours

Rescheduling
- Tours may be rescheduled free of charge up to 14 days before the original tour date, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests made 13-7 days before the tour date will incur a 15% fee
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the tour date will be treated as a new booking

Tour Modifications
- Minor modifications to the itinerary can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the tour
- Significant changes to the tour program may incur additional fees or require a new booking

3. Weather and Force Majeure

Weather Conditions
- Tours operate in various weather conditions. Light rain or moderate weather will not qualify for a refund
- In case of severe weather conditions that make the tour unsafe or impractical, we will:
  - Offer an alternative date
  - Provide a full refund if no alternative date is suitable
  - Offer a modified indoor program where possible

Force Majeure
- In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, governmental actions, etc.), we will:
  - Issue a full refund for tours that cannot be conducted
  - Provide alternative dates when possible
  - Offer modified tour options where feasible

4. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to appear at the designated meeting point within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour with no refund for missed portions

5. Refund Process

Payment Methods
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may incur additional fees which will be deducted from the refund amount
- Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days

Documentation Required
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Please include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation
- Any supporting documentation (medical certificates, etc.) should be provided if applicable

6. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies
- Full refunds may be provided in cases of medical emergencies with proper documentation
- Medical emergency cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible
 - In case of allergies or dietary restrictions communicated less than 48 hours in advance, we will do our best to adapt the experience, but we cannot guarantee modifications without additional costs.  


Travel Restrictions
- Government-imposed travel restrictions that prevent tour participation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Documentation of travel restrictions may be required for full refund consideration
